Goal 1: To pursue professional excellence in recreation education

　1.1 To establish a suitable educational program to fulfill the needs of industry and society by setting up different committees.

　1.2 To encourage collaboration between faculty and governments or enterprises in bridging research and practices.

　1.3 To nurture a balance of research, teaching, and professional services by promoting faculty participation in international academic events.

　1.4 To ensure students' learning effectiveness through diverse mechanisms, such as occupation-oriented learning maps, graduation qualification evaluation, and certification systems.

　1.5 To recruit students with talent and potential through diversified admission mechanism.


Goal 2: To strengthen our commitment to the equal emphasis of theoretical and practical education

　2.1 To ensure students' competitiveness by enhancing their involvement in domestic and overseas internships.

　2.2 To ensure diversified faculty academic and teaching focuses by inviting practical lecturers and implementing co-teaching.

　2.3 To ensure the stability of teaching and learning resources by establishing teaching labs and providing devices and supplies.

　2.4 To ensure the accountability of alumni networking and the collaboration between alumni and other entrepreneurs.

Goal 3: To cultivate students' working responsibility, collaboration and ethics

　3.1 To recruit staff, faculty and class advisors who take responsibility seriously and possess professional knowledge to tutor students in life and academic learning.

　3.2 To build up students' professional ethics and values through shaping life attitudes, implementing reward mechanisms, and calling roll in all classes.

　3.3 To facilitate students' engagement in planning, preparation, and processing for a variety of Department, School, and University-wide events and activities.

　3.4 To encourage team work and collaboration for semester-end projects and undergraduates theses.

Goal 4: To expand access to international affairs participation

　4.1 To implement the required English courses for eight continuous semesters, ranging from basic to advanced levels.

　4.2 To encourage students to take second- foreign language courses such as Japanese, Germen, French, etc.

　4.3 To encourage students to take various English proficiency examinations to acquire official certifications.

　4.4 To encourage students' engagement in overseas internships, exchange programs, and summer study at the MCU Michigan campus
