Provide students with the easiest process to apply for a student loan, helps students who have difficulties in family finances to smoothly receive a loan and feel at ease in their studies.

There are more than 100 types of scholarships on and off campus each academic year, and more than 400 students have won awards. Each time, the acceptance of students' applications is announced on the school bulletin board within the time limit, and scholarship information is also announced on the school network so that students can quickly obtain the latest news through various channels, and actively strive for various scholarships and grants for students. Announcement location of off-campus scholarships and grants:
- Taipei Campus: The latest announcement on the bulletin board next to the Student Affairs Division in the Administration Building and the website of the Student Affairs Division.
- Taoyuan Campus: Library Building (Building Q) Student Affairs Division Bulletin Board (Corridor between Public Relations Office and Health Care Center).

These measures are specially formulated to reward graduate students with excellent grades and outstanding performance to improve the quality of academic research and promote the academic atmosphere.

Ms. Wu initiated the establishment of the "Ming Chuan University Pay-it-Forward Scholarship".
To assist the poor and outstanding students of the school with living allowances and encourage them to study.
This method is specially formulated to expand the school's community and alumni to pledge donations, in response to Ms. Wu's spirit of benevolence and encouragement for the underachievers.
